From backpack vacuums to auto scrubbers, we offer service and repairs for any and all janitorial related machines. Whether you need parts installed or simply preventative maintenance, we'll take care of it.

When purchasing equipment from us, we will always answer any questions you have, as well as make sure you know exactly how to use your equipment to the best of its abilities. If you need further equipment training for multiple employees, we can schedule a training as well.

We have an in-house service team you can contact for any repair questions and quotes. From there, you can drop your machine off for repairs, or we can schedule a pick up.

Trainings & Installations

Besides equipment service, we also provide dispenser installation and maintenance so you get the most from your concentrated cleaning chemicals, hand soaps, towels, and hand sanitizers.

We offer different chemical dispensing systems that may require installation & further training, so any installations and trainings can be scheduled upon request. We will send a service technician to your facility who will install the equipment, give you instructions on your equipment and product usage, and answer any questions you may have.

Delivery

We offer free next-day shipping on qualifying orders of over $250 within a 65mile radius. If your order is backordered or running late, we will make sure to contact you with further information. We have our own team of drivers who package and deliver your orders personally, so you will confidently interact with a Seaway employee from the moment you place your order until you receive it.
